Due to success from previous car racings, Ministry of Tourisms and Sports, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Sports Authority of Thailand, the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, the Saensuk Municipality, and the Royal Automobile Association of Thailand have coordinated to create roads along Bangsaen beach, Lametan and Khao Sam Mook to be car racing field. Its length is 3,700 meters and its safety is guaranteed internationally. Former Tourism and Sports Minister Sontaya Khunpleum chaired an opening ceremony.

Lots of well-known Thai car racers attended. A pick-up car racing was also held. These car racers have brought recognition from other countries on Thailand. There are also other racing programs during the Bangsaen Thailand Speed Festival.

Some car accessory shops were also open their booths here and offered special promotions. At night, visitors also witnessed beautiful fireworks.
